Patch updates are applied automatically; minor and major version upgrades are performed manually with coordination. Security CVE patches are applied immediately regardless of the maintenance window. How are backups handled?
Backups run automatically every day using K8up-powered backup infrastructure on Kubernetes. Six backups are retained by default, with configurable retention policies available. Data is encrypted at rest on all instances. Up to 500 GB of database storage is supported per instance.
